The setup of the facilities by the new order, improvement activities such as the improvement in productivity of the existing product line, the setup of the small lot product process it mainly.

I used an NC lathe or machining center mainly, but what I touched entered a machine by hand and was actually after own. Therefore I did not often know it, but it was helpful very much that was basic that I learned for school days and did not take it at time before I was used.
Q. What is the event that was the most impressive by past work?
When I performed the setup of facilities for the first time, I was dull, and seniors helped me a lot, but they made a processing program by oneself for the first time, and a machine moved in just what and was glad at all of what I did not understand when I was able to make the thing of the drawing street.
I keep, "it is in the first-class engineer, skill person group" that it is in the management policies of the company in mind and have the pride as the engineer and I work and work with the goal of the further "improvement of a technique, the skill".
